5. Controller and Processor Roles
ATND ME acts as a data controller when processing personal data necessary to operate the Platform, manage accounts, process platform fees, secure the Service, and meet our legal obligations.
In some cases, ATND ME processes personal data on behalf of a Business Customer, such as End Customer booking information displayed in that Business’s admin account. In those cases, the Business Customer is generally the controller and ATND ME acts as a processor providing the Platform.
Business Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and use End Customer data through the Platform and for providing appropriate privacy information to their customers.

We may share personal data with:

We do not sell personal data.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the nature of the relationship, and applicable legal requirements.
Business Customers may retain their own customer data in accordance with their policies and legal obligations.
